Branding
So, you've got a business idea, you've got some funds to get you started, where do you go now?
For those of you who are just starting out, we can provide you with a full branding service. We'll develop colours, logo's, typefaces and layouts that can be used consistently across a variety of media. We can then apply this branding to the web, advertising, print projects, even DVD's!

Clydesdale Clobber
A relatively new start up business, Anna has a passion for heavy horses.
The aim for this project was to create new branding combining the traditional with the contemporary. Historically, heavy horses have only been associated with working and early industry, but as these needs have passed they are increasingly used for leisure riding and activities.
Traditional elements can be seen in the logo through the use of a pen and ink sketch combined with a classic font, but the overall image shows the modern use for these magnificent beasts.
Olive Property Group

A brand new start up property management company based in Dubai, we were asked to develop branding for the business, and also produce a website which can be seen at http://www.olivepropertygroup.com.
Lion and Lamb
A traditional country pub in Horsley, Northumberland.
We wanted to introduce a colour scheme that could be used across the board in many different types of media. We also wanted to make sure that we had alternative versions of logos so that the branding was just as attractive in black and white newsprint as glossy full colour.
We went for a script-like font, but we chose this carefully. We wanted something that would not betray the pubs traditional roots but would still reflect the establishment in a modern, more contemporary way.
We've also put together a website for them:
The Red Kite Village Store
The Red Kite Village Store and Delicatessen in Winlaton Mill was once the village store and post office and has been around since 1936.
The store sells a selection of local produce, including beers, cheeses, ice-cream, breads and much, much more.
The name of the store comes from the Red Kites. These are magnificent birds that have been very successfully re-introduced to the Derwent Valley, and are now quite an attraction. The colours chosen were red and a vivid green, all on a white background. We wanted a very clean and modern design, something which gives an impression of freshness and quality.
Momentum Consultancy
We caught up with Kathryn from Momentum Consultancy who was looking for a branding exercise for her new sales and marketing business.
She was looking for an instantly recognisable and memorable colour scheme, along with a catchy slogan to use on her marketing material. We chose vivid greens and the classis 50's 'Futura' font family to produce something eye catching. The 'forward moving, fresh thinking' slogan ties in beautifully with the chosen hues.
We produced business stationery, a website and a fully featured email marketing system which can be used by Momentum to manage multi client mailing lists.

The Useful Art Company
The brief was very open for this branding as we were given free reign to create something unique for a brand new business.
Original art printed onto useful gifts and accessories lead us to the idea of using the tag, but knowing there was to be a lot of bold colours from the artwork the logo needed to be kept quite subtle in order not to detract from the items on sale.
We've also built an online shop for the business, which allows trade and retail customers to purchase via the internet.
