Border Fields Rapeseed Oil

A sister company of Olefiera, Border Fields Rapeseed Oil asked us to produce a recipe booklet available as a free download from the Borderfields website (another Elmnet production).

We collated recipes and used photographs of the actual dishes when compiling the recipe book. The book was always intended as a digital download but was produced in such a way so that if required to it could be on the press within a day and we could produce hard copies for promotion in supermarkets, delicatessens and events.
