Welcome to Elmnet
We specialise in web design in North East England, we’re based just a couple of miles outside Newcastle city centre. We’re also illustrators, graphic designers and photographers. We work in both traditional printed and digital media, and have an eye for fresh, modern, contemporary design.
We produce websites, brochures, leaflets and stationery, and manage email marketing and social media campaigns. We’ve included some examples from each area of work we cover. You can view these by following the ‘portfolio’ link. If you want to see more examples then we’ve plenty to show you, just get in touch.
If you’ve any comments on our work or our site we’d be delighted to hear from you. You can email us using the form in the footer of this website.
Elmnet have created a highly professional website for our company. It is easy to manage, but looks sophisticated. The work was good value and the support afterwards has been excellent.
Do you need a hand with your social network campaigns? Confused by Twitter? Flummoxed by Facebook? Google+ giving you grief? We can help you bring it all together, providing you with tools and skills to make the most of your connections.
An email newsletter database is still one of the most effective ways of connecting with potential customers and building your business. We can get you started with the systems you need to run it and the skills required to make it work.
Search Engine Optimisation
The so called ‘dark art’ of SEO is actually simpler than you may think. We build in the features needed to help your website climb the rankings, but we’ll also give you a walkthrough of things to consider in order for your site to perform well.
Every business needs to build a brand, and to start the ball rolling you’ll need a logo, colour scheme, and a set of guidelines stipulating how it should all be used.
Web & Email Hosting
Whether you’ve a modest, low traffic site or an online empire that receives thousands of visitors per day, we have a hosting package that will suit you. We’ve worked hard to provide a reliable hosting platform with no single point of failure. We also cover you by taking care of backups and plugin / core updates for you.
You’ve got your logo and branding, now you need some basic stationery. Business cards are a must, and you’ll probably need some letterheaded paper and complement slips too.
Finally, you’ll need a web presence of some description. For some it’s an all singing all dancing fully featured eCommerce site, whereas for others a simple Facebook business page and twitter account covers most of the bases. And if you need photography services too then don’t worry, we’ve got that covered.
Photography is one of our specialities. Whether you need images of people, products or places we can help, and because we know exactly how the images are going to be used, we guarantee that you’ll be delighted with the results.
Social Media & Email Marketing
Most businesses have a presence on Facebook, Twitter and Google+, but not many of them use it well. We can help you make the most of your connections, and give you the knowledge you need to tie it all together and integrate it with your website and an effective email marketing campaign.
What's Right for You?
This is the big question. We won’t sell you what you don’t need or what you can’t budget for. We’ll advise on what we think would work best for you, but we’ll also make sure that long term you’re able to maintain and manage the solution we provide.
