If you’re having technical issues with your Elmnet website or email service then we’re here to help. First things first though, please run through a couple of quick checks before requesting support.

What’s the Problem?


If you are having website issues, first of all please check your internet connection and make sure that you can browse other websites. If you can’t then reboot your computer and router and see if that solves the problem. You could also try using a mobile phone on 4G to bypass your network and see if your site appears.

Your Elmnet website is hosted with ANS on our dedicated server. Technical issues are extremely rare, but you can check their status page here.


If you have an email account provided by Elmnet, can you access your messages via webmail? Log in with your email address and user name. If this works, the mail server is usually fine, and the problem is more than likely something on your own computer or network. Reboot everything and see if that helps.

Elmnet email accounts are hosted with Heart Internet on their shared hosting platform. If you have an email issue you can check their status page here.

If a technical issue that impacts you is logged on either of these pages, the hosts will already be working to resolve it. Just sit tight for a little while and all should be well.

Please do not attempt to contact ANS or Heart Internet yourself. Your internet service is provided by Elmnet, and all technical issues you may be having must be handled by us directly.
